I forgot to mention my workout progress. We've joined a 12 week fitness program that gives you a plan and a trainer to meet with 4 times during the program to track your progress. The first 3 weeks the goal is cardio for 40 minutes at least 3 times a week. Then we'll incorporate weights and increase cardio.
This is what my schedule has been like the last two weeks:
Monday: AM Poolates-45min. PM Stationary bike-40min.
Tuesday: PM Bike-20min. Treadmill-20min.
Wednesday: AM Poolates-45min. PM Deep Water Aerobics-45min.
Thursday: PM Treadmill-40min.
Friday: AM Poolates-45min. PM Treadmill/Bike 40min.
I'm not sure what's different this time around, but I love it! I don't dread it and I feel like I'm getting results already. More energy, less stress and Connor loves going to Child Watch while I work out. Plus it gives me a little break from being Mom...it's nice to focus on me a little each day! Not bad for $28 a month! :)
