This is Bandit, the kidlet's sculpture homework. We made it together...he made all the shapes and I put them together. Then he painted it after it was baked. He's been a constant compainion and has weathered it pretty well, losing his tail on Thursday at school. Nothing a little glue won't fix!
Our next homework project is to take a picture everyday and make a little book about our spring break. Then he'll tell our "story" when he returns to school nest week. So cool. I'll post his pics throughout the week. He'll be thrilled to be the photographer!
We spent most of the weekend hanging out, looking at houses (yay!) and making mud cookies. If the weather cooperates, we're hoping to make a trip to the zoo and maybe a couple of parks this week.
Next Saturday is his birthday party with his classmates. We've got a lot of preparing left to do....making decorations and turning our house into Tiki Beach. :)
C's been going through a clumsy stage lately. He's going through another big growing spurt (!) and hasn't gotten used to his height yet. I need to measure him.....
Here's the bag I've been talking about making for our summer park trips. It's reversable and has five big pockets inside. Good for sunscreen, water and swim suits. It's big enough for a towel and lunch too. I can't wait for the weather to warm up just a little more so we can put it to good use!
I'm going to try and post daily this week and get back into the habit. See you tomorrow!

Cute bag - I hope we have some sunny weather soon so that you can make good use of it.
