Chronicles of the Kidlet

See, I didn't fall off the face of the earth! :) With all the house hunting and summer activities, I needed to take a break. So now that school is back in session (not a moment too soon!) I'm back to getting my normal routines in order. Hopefully that will mean daily posts from me.



As you can see, the kidlet has grown a lot this summer. We had a great summer hanging out with friends and exploring all the parks we hadn't visited in the area. He's thrilled to be back in school.




The biggest adventure for us this summer was house hunting. We looked at a lot of houses...almost 50! After all of that, we found the house for us: a three bedroom, two bath, single level on a big lot that backs to a greenspace. It's on a flag lot, which means it sits farther back from the street with a long driveway. Lots of room for riding bikes and playing basketball without having to play in the street. We'll be moved in by the end of the month! We're all so excited and C is already asking when we're getting a puppy. Soon enough, little man.
