I found a new tool today to help track my daily food and exercise, FitDay.com. It has a huge database of foods, allows custom foods to be added, records and tracks exercise and much more. The best part is it's free! So far I really like it and I've lost ten pounds! Off to a good start.
We're trying to beat the winter blues around here. The kidlet is anxious to get outside but the weather isn't cooperating. So, we headed to the pool today and had a great time. I wish we had a waterproof camera so I could take pictures. He's finally turning into a water lover. Hopefully we can do swim lessons this summer!
The house is in dire need of attention, so off I go!
