Lost my first tooth!
We've been busy enjoying the last days of summer and starting kindergarten. It has been a bigger adjustment for the kidlet than I anticipated. He is really starting to get into the groove now that we're entering week three. So far I will be volunteering two-three times a week around the school: in the library, preparing class materials, etc. C has made it perfectly clear that he doesn't want me to be in the classroom very much. So I will stick to other areas and plan the class parties throughout the year.
Last night he finally lost his first tooth! It's been loose for most of the summer, it's a relief to finally have it out. He was so excited to see that the tooth fairy left him some quarters and happily showed off his new smile at school.
Now that we are settling into our new schedule, I'm hoping to update at least once a week.
