I need him. I attempted to make pie crusts and once again had no success. I've tried several recipes in the past: Martha's, Grandma's/Mom's, and even Betty's. I had the best luck with Martha's version, but the dough rose while baking and filled the entire dish!
So off to the trusty refrigerated section for the handy dandy Pillsbury dough...ready to roll into the pan. No flour, butter or rolling pins needed. :)
